ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE

PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY
Designed for condition monitoring in harsh industrial environments, our handheld instrument series includes devices for impact pulse measurement, vibration severity measurement, and vibration spectrum analysis. Considering measurement efficiency, it offers a powerful combination of well-validated measurement technologies for every situation.
Comprehensive and extensive sophisticated measurement technologies
All supported diagnostic and troubleshooting functions
Our instruments provide highly sophisticated vibration and impact pulse measurements, delivering sharp spectra even in cases of weak signals and low energy content. The excellent signal-to-noise ratio offers a decisive advantage in detecting weak signals within strong signals (e.g., in gearboxes).
This instrument efficiently and reliably handles different machine characteristics and varying operating conditions. State-of-the-art digital technology and meticulous software design enable superior data acquisition and processing.

Lub. Kit

USER-FRIENDLY

SHOCK PULSE MEASUREMENT

RUGGED DESIGN
Rated IP65, Lub.Kit can be used to check the mechanical condition of pumps, gearboxes, and fans under the environmental conditions encountered in most industries.
By performing regular measurements at predetermined locations, data can be collected and compiled to display trends. This enables you to make confident maintenance decisions, such as initiating more frequent condition checks or planning maintenance during scheduled downtimes.
Lub.Kit offers an economically viable proactive maintenance method, ideal for beginners in condition monitoring for evaluating impact pulse measurements. No specialized training is required to detect potential problem sources through temperature or vibration.
Measure impact pulses using the built-in probe or an external sensor. The instrument can also function as an electronic stethoscope to detect irregularities in machine sounds. Measurement results are displayed using green-yellow-red symbols, along with a detailed evaluation of the measurement values. Results can also be transferred to a document for further processing, such as in Microsoft Excel.
